Join non-profits SimonRubysHamp, Outdoor Afro, and The Scottsboro Boys Museum in honoring the Wright brothers by restoring their plot in Chattanooga’s Pleasant Garden Cemetery.

Volunteers can meet at The Scottsboro Boys Museum at 8 a.m. CST to eat breakfast and ride provided transportation to Chattanooga or meet in the cemetery parking lot at 10 a.m. CST/ 11 a.m. ET. Volunteers will be provided lunch. This event will end around 4 p.m. CST/ 5 p.m. ET.

We also ask that if you have personal lawn care equipment to bring it. Tools like hedge clippers, rake, pruning sheers, loppers, shove, gardening gloves, and safety glasses.
