Garden Committee
Volunteer With Us
The Scottsboro Boys Museum runs on the support of community and volunteers. We always welcome volunteers to help on our committees and with events. Learn more about our volunteer opportunities below.
The Garden Committee meets monthly to help plan and prepare for the upcoming Ada Wright Memorial Garden. The committee usually meets Tuesday mornings but volunteers can also serve in the capacity of donating plants, helping prepare the grounds, or planting and maintaining the garden. We welcome all Garden Committee volunteers to help breathe life into our outdoor space and help build a community center for all to enjoy. If you are interested in being part of this committee, you can submit a interest form to the right.
Education Committee
The Education Committee meets monthly during the summer to help develop curriculum for school field trips. We welcome all Education Committee volunteers but ideally welcome members that have experience in education. If you are interested in being part of this committee, you can submit a interest form below.
Volunteer for an event
We can always use volunteers at our events to answer questions, hand out waters, direct parking, and other necessary task.
We have a calendar of up coming events posted to the right. You can click on the event to see more information about it. If any of these interest you, please sign up to help work them below.
